Sims 3 Simple Install is a tool for creator. It allow to create an executable file from a TS3 package, so final users don't need to read instruction to install custom contents, but only need to double click on files. Final users don't need to install this tool.

What does it do?: Keeping a TS3 .package file, just drop it to the Sims 3 Simple Install window. It will create an exe version, this mean you get an executable version that automatically install .package in the right folder (i.e. Mods/Packages as reported in instruction to install .package files for TS3). So, your users can download and install files simply by double click, without read instruction..

Can damage my pc?: No, but it work only for Windows, both XP and Vista.
Suggested: NO. It is not suggested for some reasons: Users don't like to download executable files (.exe files) If you create executable files only, MAC users can't use your files. You should provide 2 different version of files, that mean more bandwidth and file storage used on your website. If you provide a TS3 .package for download, users are free to choose how to install it, for example manually or by using tools as TS3 Install Helper Monkey.

Sims 3 Simple Install it is the second file, the first is to restore windows DLLs and you need it only if this tool doesn't work.
