What is a .sims3 file?

This file format represent the city's saves. You can find them into Saves (My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saves). Every file correspond to slot of saves.

How to install .sims3

You need simply insert these files into Saves (My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saves). When you launch the game, at the start menù you can find a new slot with the same name of the file you've just inserted into Saves folder.
