No slap effects

When you choose the Slap interaction a whirly circle and stars appear. This could be awful if you're taking screenshots or movies. No Fight Effects remove this effect.

What it do: Removes the whirly circle and stars from around the slapped sims head during the "Slap" interaction.

Suggested: If you're taking pictures or movies yes... in other cases you don't need this hack.
How to install: It should be installed as other package files, follow instruction for .package installation.
