Peters Unpacker allow you to extract resources from .Sims3Pack files. It is similar to TS3 Unpacker, but it doesn't show preview images, it just extract all resources to a destination folder.

Manuals: It is so simple. If you keep manual installation version you just need to extract the archive to a destination folder and launch S3Pack.exe when you need it. On the sw window, you need to choose first the .Sims3Pack to extract. Rember, this sw read only Sims3Pack files. After that, you need to choose destination folder where extract resources. At the end, you get a summary of your choices and you have to click the Unpack button. Let's done.
